The Prevention Framework

Extend Your Monitoring Beyond the POC Period

Most facilities stop monitoring after the POC completion date. Continue auditing for at least 6 months after your POC is accepted. Taper frequency gradually: weekly → biweekly → monthly.

Integrate Into Your QAPI Program

Every deficiency should become a QAPI project. Track metrics over time, identify trends, and use performance improvement projects (PIPs) for recurring issues.
